If it says 'MyDrive' then you cant update your device oneself. If it says 'Home' you can update the device oneself.

Installed Virtual Box from software centre, 4.2.10, which is an older version but trying to download and use the latest from VB.org causes problems with DKMS not installed, although I don't think this is the problem, I'm probably wrong there!Īnyway, I've installed Windows XP in VB and everything works very well. You could go to the TomTom website with the first two characters of the serial number of your device and ask what software does my device use. Hope someone has managed to get this to work!
